Trial For Goldfield Woman Charged in Sex Abuse Case Set for May 6th
03/07/2014 - A Goldfield woman has plead not guilty to several charges related to a sex abuse investigation conducted by the Eagle Grove Police Department. 49-year old Diana Guido of Goldfield was arrested last month after Eagle Grove Police received a complaint by the Department of Human Resources. Guido is charged with 2nd-degree sex abuse, indecent contact with a child, indecent exposure and dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to a minor. The charges date back to 2011. Diana Guido, who is free on bond, has requested a speedy, jury trial which has been set for May 6th in Wright County District Court. An arrest warrant has also been issued for Diana Guido's husband, Leonardo Guido-Acosta, in connection with the case.
