Two Floyd County Women Charged With Child Endangerment
08/21/2014 - Two Floyd County women were recently arrested on felony charges involving juveniles. In separate incidents, 22-year old Staphanie Fatland of Rockford has been charged with 3 counts of child endangerment causing serious injury for alleged injuries reported to her 5-month old baby last month and 31-year old Lacey Holtz of Rudd has been charged with enticement of a minor under the age of 16, child endangerment by meth exposure, assault with a dangerous weapon and possession of marijuana from an alleged incident August 5th. Both have been released from custody. Stephanie Fatland is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on August 28th. An arraignment hearing for Lacey Holtz will be held on September 16th. Both hearings will take place in Charles City.
