The Community Calendar is a free service for all non-profit groups, organizations, churches, and schools. The Community Calendar can be heard Monday-Friday at 10:30 a.m. on 104.9 KLMJ-FM and 98.9 KQCR-FM. Items submitted to the Community Calendar air one day before the event and the day of the event on both KLMJ and KQCR. Franklin County Public Health will be holding a walk-in Blood Pressure Clinic Friday 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Franklin County Public Health Office in Hampton.

The Franklin County Food Pantry will be open Friday 10:00 a.m. till noon.

A community forum with Iowa State Senator, Amanda Regan, and Speaker of the Iowa House of Representatives, Linda Upmeyer will be held Friday 1:00 p.m. at Center One in Hampton.


A Red Cross Blood Drive will be held Friday 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church in Shell Rock.

Friends of Prairie Bridges Park Board will host a tenderloin supper Friday 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Ackley American Legion building.

The Hampton-Dumont Parent Teacher Organization will be holding their annual Family Fun Night fundraiser Friday 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Hampton-Dumont Middle School. Family Fun Night is open to any Hampton-Dumont student in Preschool through 8th grade and their families.

The Knights of Columbus at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Hampton will be serving Fish Fry Dinners Friday 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the church.

The Sheffield Public Library will host a Family Movie Night Friday 7:00 p.m.

The Aplington-Parkersburg seventh and eight grade students will present "Anne of Green Gables" Friday 7:00 p.m. at the Aplington-Parkersburg High School Auditorium. Tickets are a free will donation.

A breakfast fundraiser for the AGWSR Summer REC will be held Saturday 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the Wellsburg Memorial Building. Freewill donations will be accepted.

A Men's Prayer Breakfast at the Hope Reformed Church in Parkersburg will be held Saturday 7:30 a.m.

The Greene Public Library will be holding Story Hour Saturday 10:00 to 10:45 p.m.

The Big Marsh Ducks Unlimited annual banquet will be held Saturday at the Veteran's Memorial Building in Parkersburg. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for raffle and games. Meal will be served at 7:00 p.m. with banquet and auction to follow.

The Stebens Children's Theatre in Mason City will present their production "Anansi the Spider" Saturday 7:00 p.m.

"A Night to Remember" a Hampton Senior Center fundraiser will be held Saturday 7:00 p.m. to midnight at the Franklin County Convention Center in Hampton.

The Aplington-Parkersburg seventh and eight grade students will present "Anne of Green Gables" Friday 7:00 p.m. at the Aplington-Parkersburg High School Auditorium. Tickets are a free will donation.

Clarion-Goldfield-Dows 2017 graduate Zach Langfitt is hosting a Spaghetti Dinner Sunday 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. at the Church of Christ in Clarion for his Senior Life Project.

The St. Paul's Lutheran School Board is sponsoring a Transportation Fundraiser Lunch Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hampton. Freewill offering will be accepted for the St. Paul's Transportation Fund.

The Iowa Falls Community Theatre will be holding tryouts for a Comedy that needs 5 women, Sunday 2:00 p.m. at 510 Stevens Street in Iowa Falls.

The Hampton Cub Scout Pack is hosting a Pasta Meal fundraiser Sunday 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Hampton.

The Allison Bible Church will be presenting the 10th and final DVD in the series, "Is This the End" Sunday 6:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome, refreshments will be served and no offering will be taken.

The Immanuel United Church of Christ will be holding a Lenten Service Sunday 6:30 p.m. at the Rehabilitation Center of Hampton.
