Funeral service for 80-year-old Jack Forbes, Senior of Belmond will be Friday, August 16th at 10:30am at Andrews Funeral Home in Belmond.
Burial will be in the Ell Township Cemetery in Klemme.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 15th from 5:30-7pm at the funeral home.
Jack Forbes, Senior passed away Tuesday, August 13th at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City.
