The Grundy Center City Council this week voted to terminate a contract with the Iowa Economic Development Authority for a Catalyst Grant that would have been used to help with improvements for the building at 602 “G” Avenue.
No funds have been used from the grant.
The Grundy Center council did approve the next fiscal year budget, which will have a property tax levy of $16.24 per one-thousand dollars of assessed property value.
