Franklin REC today announced the recipients of its 2024-25 scholarships and Youth Tour representative.
Basin Electric Power Cooperative Scholarships will be going to Kierra Dodd of Ackley and to Katelyn Witte of Rockwell.
Commitment to Community Scholarships are going to Jana Harms of Sheffield, Ellie Lauffer of Sheffield, and to Katelyn Witte.
And the Franklin REC Youth Tour Representative will be Nicholas Quasdorf, who is a junior at Hampton-Dumont-CAL High School.
