A continuance has been granted in the jury trial for a 66-year-old Parkersburg man facing several drug related charges in Butler County District Court.
Craig Thorne’s trial had been scheduled to start Tuesday, but is now scheduled to begin June 10th at 9am.
His charges include a controlled substance violation, a different controlled substance violation, along with two counts of failing to affix a drug tax stamp, and for dominion/control of a firearm/offensive weapon by a felon.
The Butler County Sheriff’s Department filed the criminal complaints in this case.
