The jury trial for a 34-year-old Iowa Falls man charged with first-degree arson and for three counts of attempted murder has been continued to a new date.
The state alleges Stephen Kyle Littlepage on June 19th, 2024 attempted to kill 3 people at 2002 21st Street in Eldora by setting part of a building on fire along with a pick-up truck.
His trial had been set to begin Tuesday in Eldora, but has been continued to June 3rd at 9am.
If convicted on all the charges, he could be sentenced for up to 100-years in prison.
