The Sports Beat programs from RadioOnTheGo Sports air on Saturdays, presented on 104.9 KLMJ by Mort’s Water Company and on 99 The Wave by Brother’s Market.
This week’s program featured interviews conducted on the Saturday of the Drake Relays, including members of the Dike-New Hartford girls and Grundy Center boys 4×100-meter relay teams. Local alumni who are competing in college athletics were featured, including West Fork alum Cayde Eberling of Hibbing Community College Men’s Basketball, and Hampton-Dumont-CAL alum Gage Plagge of Northwestern College Track & Field.
Other interviews included area student-athletes and coaches from their competitions throughout the week, including AP/DNH Soccer, North Butler and West Fork Track & Field, and others.
