A 44-year-old Iowa Falls man originally charged with a controlled substance violation, as a class “B” felony, was recently sentenced on the charge of possession with the intent to deliver, a class “C” felony.
Nicholas Koebrick was arrested in Coulter on January 11th, 2024, and allegedly had several grams of methamphetamine along with small baggies and a scale with residue.
Earlier this year, he entered a guilty plea on the possession with the intent to deliver charge. Koebrick received a 10-year prison term that was suspended, fined $1,370, which was also suspended, and placed on 3-years of probation.
He must also serve 180 days in a residential correction facility in Iowa.
If convicted on the original charge, Koebrick could have been sentenced for up to 25-years in prison.
