Local boys golf teams competed at Thursday’s NICL Boys Golf Tournament at Pheasant Ridge Golf Course in Cedar Falls.

Grundy Center’s Judd Jirovsky was the individual champion, firing 69 strokes for three under par to earn his second career conference title. Teammates joining him in the top 10 included Preston Martens in fourth at +2 and Jaxon Kiewiet in sixth at +4.
Aplington-Parkersburg’s Benny Waller was the individual runner-up at -1. Teammate Rylan Ascher was ninth at +6.
Dike-New Hartford was led by Carson Costello, placing eighth at +5.
Tucker DeMott and Chase Bruns were South Hardin’s leaders at +8, tying for 15th place.
AGWSR’s Lane Rose led the team at +14 to tie for 32nd.
