The Butler County Board of Supervisors Tuesday discussed a job description for a General Assistance Director, and a timeline to approve the description, post the position, accept applications, and schedule interviews.
An update was also provided by Butler County EMS Coordinator Kari Coates, who provided the call totals for January-April for the county and each city.
Out of the 185 county calls occurring from 8am-4:30pm, Coates responded and assisted with 87 of those calls.
