Girls golf teams in Classes 1A and 2A will compete in regional first round meets Friday.
1A Region 3A @ South Hamilton – Belmond-Klemme, West Fork
1A Region 3B @ Saint Ansgar – Clarksville, North Butler
1A Region 3C @ Columbus Catholic – AGWSR
2A Region 3A @ Clarion-Goldfield-Dows – Clarion-Goldfield-Dows, Grundy Center, Iowa Falls-Alden
2A Region 3B @ Oelwein – South Hardin
The top two teams, and third place team if the host school places first or second, will advance to the regional final meet. Individually, the top six, including sixth place ties, will advance.
The meets will start at either 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. and run all day. Those who advance to the regional finals will compete on Wednesday, May 21.
