Last week the Iowa Valley Community College District Board of Directors approved a bid of $161,500 from D.W. Zinser Company of Walford for the demolition project of Wall Hall on the Ellsworth Community College Campus in Iowa Falls. The project is expected to begin this month, with substantial completion projected for late August.
The IVCCD board approved a 39-thousand dollar agreement with the Shive-Hattery Architecture and Engineering Firm to provide roof replacement design, bidding, and construction services for the ECC Math and Sciences Building project.
And the Ellsworth campus will also see an update with new exterior signage. The board approved a $69,665 contract with Latitude Signage + Design for the purchase and installation of updated exterior signage.
