This week the Franklin County Board of Health and the Franklin General Hospital Board of Trustees both approved a Community Health Agreement.
The agreement was approved last week by the Franklin County Board of Supervisors.
The agreement calls for FGH to take over Public Health and Home Care operations.
The agreement will take effect June 2nd, with the effective transition date of September 1st.
