The Clarksville City Council this week voted on a request from the fire department to add an additional electrical outlet behind the fire station for $950, to purchase an additional radio for 13-hundred dollars, and to purchase turn out gear totaling 37-hundred dollars.
In other business, the Clarksville council approved a wage increase for reserve police officer Rebecca Brown, retroactive to March 31st, and approved to advertise for the open full-time maintenance position.
