Thursday the NIACC Board of Directors will hold a special meeting and will conduct a public hearing on the proposed Franklin County Career Center planned for the west side of Hampton.
The NIACC board will then consider approval to award the bid for the construction work, and to approve the contract for the project.
The NIACC Board of Directors special meeting is Thursday at 4pm.
