The jury trial for an Iowa Falls woman facing seven felony charges has been continued.
The state alleges 53-year-old Candice Brockway from 2020-2024 knowingly received proceeds by unlawfully and without permission using a credit card belonging to the victim.
She is facing one count of ongoing criminal conduct-influence enterprise and six counts of first degree theft.
Her jury trial had been scheduled for June 3rd, but was continued to July 8th at 9am in Hardin County District Court.
If convicted on all the charges, Brockway could be sentenced for up to 85-years in prison.
