There’s been another continuance granted in the trial of 34-year-old Stephen Kyle Littlepage in Hardin County District Court.
The state alleges Littlepage almost one year ago attempted to kill 3 people in Eldora by setting part of a building on fire along with a pick-up truck.
His jury trial was scheduled to begin this coming Tuesday, June 3rd, but has now been pushed back to July 8th at 9am.
If convicted on all the charges of first-degree arson and three counts of attempted murder, Littlepage could be sentenced for up to 100-years in prison.
