This week’s programs featured interviews with state track & field state medalists from Saturday’s action. Student-athletes from Grundy Center who earned medals at the 2A state boys golf tournament, including Judd Jirovsky and Preston Martens aired on 99 The Wave, and West Fork softball player JoAnna Wallace aired on 104.9 KLMJ. Local summer sports coaches discussed the early portion of their seasons, and Northern Iowa Football Coach Todd Stepsis concluded the show on both stations.
