The IGHSAU 1A Singles & Doubles Tennis State Tournament concluded Saturday at Byrnes Park, and three local doubles pairs earned medals. Dike-New Hartford’s Izzy Norton/Aida Tott improved on last year’s seventh place finish by battling to place
