This week the Grundy Center City Council passed on the 2nd readings ordinance amendments that would increase the water and sewer rates by 2 percent for each beginning July 1st.
The Grundy Center council passed on the 3rd and final reading an ordinance amendment to add no parking along the north side of 235th Street along the Sports Complex.
The Grundy Center City Council also approved the fiscal year 2026 city employee wages effective July 1st.
