A celebration of life for 77-year-old Richard D. Elliott of Clarion will be Friday, June 13th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Ewing Funeral Home in Clarion. Richard D. Elliott passed away Friday, June 6th at his home in Clarion.
