The Sports Beat programs from RadioOnTheGo Sports air each Saturday, presented on 104.9 KLMJ by Mort’s Water Company and on 99 The Wave by Brother’s Market.
The programs began with several area summer sports coaches breaking down the early portion of their seasons. It also featured interviews with area student-athletes from this week’s games.
Near the end of the programs on both stations, outgoing Hampton-Dumont-CAL wrestling coach Patrick Hansen discussed his tenure and next steps, Iowa Falls-Alden alum Karson Sharar discussed his upcoming Iowa Football season, and Northern Iowa Men’s Basketball coach Ben Jacobson discussed the offseason.
