The Franklin County Board of Supervisors Monday approved an application from NEW Cooperative, Incorporated to expand anhydrous ammonia storage and a pumping facility at 1389 Wright Avenue east of Rowan.
The Franklin supervisors discussed fiscal year 2026 appropriations, and directed the county auditor to prepare a resolution for 100 percent appropriations.
The supervisors also approved releasing all public health and home care furniture to Franklin General Hospital as part of the transition of services and departments.
