Monday evening the AGWSR School Board approved the 2025-26 daycare staff wage increases as presented.
Non-high school hourly staff will see an increase of 31-cents an hour, high school staff will remain at $8 an hour, starting non-high school hourly staff will remain at $12 an hour, and the director will receive a wage increase of 2-point-6 percent.
AGWSR Superintendent Erik Smith also thanked the school board for working with him over the last seven years, as he will be leaving soon to become the new shared superintendent of the New Hampton and Turkey Valley School Districts.
