A 38-year-old homeless man was arrested by the Hampton Police Department Wednesday night and charged with 2nd degree criminal mischief.
Corey Ryan Casady is alleged to have scratched six vehicles with an unknown object, causing between 15-hundred and 10-thousand dollars in damage in Hampton earlier this week.
2nd degree criminal mischief is a class “D” felony, punishable by up to 5-years in prison.
