The Sports Beat programs from RadioOnTheGo Sports air each Saturday, presented on 104.9 KLMJ by Mort’s Water Company and on 99 The Wave by Brother’s Market.
The programs began with several area summer sports coaches breaking down the last several games. It also featured interviews with area student-athletes from this week’s games, including those from Iowa Falls-Alden baseball, West Fork baseball, Belmond-Klemme softball and Clarksville softball.
Near the end of the programs, new Aplington-Parkersburg Activities Director Carter Hoff discussed his new role. Dike-New Hartford alum and Aplington-Parkersburg assistant softball coach Payton Nolan shared about her college softball career and joining the AP staff.
The programs air each Saturday at 8:30 a.m. on 104.9 KLMJ and 10:00 a.m. on 99 The Wave. On-demand programs are available at radioonthego.com and many podcast platforms.
