Thursday morning the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department arrested 24-year-old Elian Rivera Trochez of Latimer who was wanted on a Franklin County warrant for the charge of assault with the intent to inflict serious injury.
He was also wanted on a detainer from federal immigration officials.
Trochez is being held at the Hardin County Jail.
