The IHSAA announced Class 3A baseball postseason brackets Wednesday.
Hampton-Dumont-CAL is in 3A Substate 3. The #7-seed, they’ll travel to #2-seed Boone for a first round game on Friday, July 11. The winner will advance to a substate semifinal against the Webster City at Waverly-Shell Rock winner.
In the other half of the bracket, top-seeded Algona will host Charles City in the first round, and #4-seed Humboldt will host Clear Lake.
