Officials with LifeServe Blood Center say this week will be their Battle of the Badges promotion, where you will honor the service and sacrifice of law enforcement officers, firefighters, and EMS members by donating blood in their name.
Pick your team when you arrive at one of the LifeServe Donor Centers or designated blood drives. Every drop donated will make a difference in communities across the state.
Blood donations drop during the 4th of July holiday week, but accidents, emergencies, and trauma cases don’t take time off. All donors who give blood between today and Saturday, will be entered to win a portable outdoor pizza oven.
