Funeral service for 91-year-old Roland “Smiley” D. Mehmen of Parkersburg will be Wednesday, July 2nd at 10:30am at the First Congregational Church in Parkersburg.
Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 9:30-10:30am at the church.
