A 38-year-old Eldora man was arrested Wednesday morning on a warrant for the charges of 2nd degree sexual abuse and for 3rd degree sexual abuse.
The criminal complaints were filed by the Eldora Police Department against William Grant Wittstock.
Wittstock has a preliminary court hearing set for July 11th at 2pm.
If convicted on both charges, he could be sentenced for up to 35-years in prison.
