The Rowan City Council Monday will hold a public hearing concerning landfill fees, will consider a water meter quote, and may go into a closed session to discuss strategy with legal counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent.
The Rowan City Council meets Monday at 7pm at the community center.
