The Rockwell City Council Wednesday night approved employee pay raises of 3 percent retroactive to July 1st.
The Rockwell council tabled action on a bid from Absolute Waste Removal for garbage and recycling services.
The council also tabled action on proposed street work, including at the corner of Highway 65 and county road B-60, and along Jefferson Street.
