The Sports Beat programs from RadioOnTheGo Sports will air on Saturday, presented on 104.9 KLMJ by Mort’s Water Company and on 99 The Wave by Brother’s Market.
The programs will begin with interviews with members of the Class 1A state champion Clarksville softball team. West Fork Softball will also be featured after they placed fourth in Class 2A.
In the middle of the programs, local summer sports coaches will recap their seasons.
To end the programs, those listening on 104.9 KLMJ will hear from Iowa Women’s Basketball PA Announcer David Gallagher, who was a RAGBRAI participant, and Michael Kuehner on the Drive for Dollars golf outing in Hampton. On 99 The Wave, Diane Harms will be featured about being inducted into the UNI Athletics Hall of Fame, and IGHSAU Executive Director Erin Gerlich will discuss the latest with the organization.
The programs air each Saturday at 8:30 a.m. on 104.9 KLMJ and 10:00 a.m. on 99 The Wave. On-demand programs are available at radioonthego.com and many podcast platforms.
