The Hampton City Council will hold a special meeting today and will hold a vicious dog hearing on a dog bite incident at 702 7th Avenue Southwest in Hampton on July 23rd.
The council will then consider if the dog is vicious or non-vicious.
The Hampton City Council special meeting is today at 6pm at city hall.
