The affected area stretches from Flood Creek near Clarksville to the Cedar River. Forecasters expect the river to recede below flood stage by Sunday morning and drop to around 10.6 feet by Thursday evening.
Impacts remain limited but notable. At 13.5 feet, East Washington Street in Shell Rock is closed due to high water.
Residents in the area are advised to use caution near the river and stay alert for updates.
