
The Rowan City Council will meet Monday (Aug. 4), beginning with a closed session at 6:30 p.m. at Rowan City Hall. According to the agenda, the closed session is being held to discuss legal strategy related to current or potential litigation.
The council’s regular meeting will follow at 7 p.m. at the Rowan Community Center. Items on the agenda include approval of the July meeting minutes, review of financial reports and vouchers, a maintenance update, and time set aside for public comment.
Under old business, the council will revisit ongoing discussions on the REC building roof, septic issues, nuisance abatement, and building permits. The meeting is open to the public following the closed session.
