A Hampton man was taken into custody over the weekend on a local warrant, according to the Hampton Police Department.
Officers arrested 39-year-old Daniel Sanchez of Hampton around just before 6 p.m. on Saturday (Aug. 2). The arrest was made on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear at a contempt hearing related to an original charge of Domestic Abuse Assault.
Following his arrest, Sanchez posted bond and was released from custody.
