An Iowa Falls man is in custody following a pair of warrants served Monday morning in Eldora.
According to the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, 20-year-old Sean Piere was arrested shortly after 9 a.m.. Piere was wanted on two separate warrants — one for violating probation on an original charge of operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, aid and abet. That warrant carried no bond. He also faces a charge for violating pretrial release conditions tied to a third-degree burglary case. That second warrant comes with a $2,000 cash-only bond, listed in Piere’s name only. As of Tuesday morning, he remained in the Hardin County Jail in Eldora.
Earlier Monday morning, Hardin County deputies responded to an unrelated call in Union. A report of vehicle vandalism came in just after 3:40 a.m. from a residence on Center Street. No further information was available on that case, and no charges have been filed.
