Thursday afternoon, several area agencies responded to the report of a two-vehicle accident near the intersection of Highway 65 and 210th Street, east of Chapin.
Franklin County Sheriff Aaron Dodd tells RadioOnTheGo News a Jeep, with two occupants, was traveling southbound on Highway 65 and struck a Polaris UTV, which had one occupant and was also traveling southbound. The Polaris UTV stopped on the shoulder and then turned left toward 210th Street. A collision occurred as the UTV turned into the path of the Jeep.
