Monday, the Grundy Center City Council will consider a resolution to approve fiscal year 2025 street finance report and summit to the Iowa Department of Transportation by December 1, 2025. The council will discuss food vendor and social event ordinances and a possible public hearing on those matters.
In other business the council will consider the YMCA using Belpre Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays from September 1-30 from 5-7 p.m. for youth soccer program. They will also consider closing 7th Street from G Avenue North to the alley towards H Avenue on October 9 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the Girls Night Out Event.
The Grundy Center City Council will meet on Monday at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers at city hall.
