
The Franklin County Board of Supervisors will meet at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 25, at the Franklin County Courthouse.
Their meeting agenda includes a public hearing on vacating multiple streets in the town of Burdette, including Harris Street, Latham Street, and Boddy Street, as well as portions of Raven Avenue. The board will also consider a utility permit for Mediacom to install coaxial cable along 170th Street.
Other items on the agenda include a tax abatement for the city of Hampton and drainage permits for Alliant Energy in Scott Township.
