Franklin County’s Madison Dohlman won top honors at the 2025 Iowa 4-H Awardrobe Clothing Event during the Iowa State Fair. The Franklin County teen earned the Fashion Revue Award, sponsored by the Central Iowa Chapter of the American Sewing Guild, as well as a $1,000 scholarship to Iowa State University’s College of Health and Human Sciences for her innovative design project. The Awardrobe event at the State Fair brought together 149 high-school 4-H members from 70 counties, offering them a chance to showcase sewing, design, and life skills through conference judging and a runway show.
Our broadcast area was also in the spotlight when Hardin County’s Kaydi Zoske placed among the top five in the Clothing Selection category.
Our thanks to Franklin County Extension and Outreach for sharing these fantastic results! Photos of Dohlman’s project were shared by Iowa 4-H and Iowa State University. Those photos can be found under this news story at RadioOnTheGo.com.
