The Grundy Center girls tennis team was dominant in Friday’s 9-0 home win over Oelwein. Playing eight-game pro sets, the Spartans gave up no more than three games in any match.
Those winning by sweep included Aubrey Sadler at #6 singles and Kamren Thomas-Henley/Makenna Steinmeyer at #1 doubles.
It was the team’s third straight dual win, moving them to 3-3. In their next action, they’ll play at Iowa Falls-Alden Monday at 4:30 p.m.
