With the new school year starting today (Aug. 25), Hampton-Dumont High School is alerting students and parents to new traffic changes due to construction work.
City crews have started work near Federal Street and 155th Street. The school is recommending that vehicles exiting the parking lot head north or use the exit-only lane on the west side of the building to travel west.
School officials are asking for patience as drivers adjust to the change on short notice.
