Memorial service for 70-year-old, Thomas (Tom) Barter, Jr. of Kesley will be Sunday, September 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethel Reformed Church, rural Aplington. Inurnment will be in the Riverside Cemetery in Oshkosh, Wisconsin at a later date.
A time of visitation and fellowship will follow the Memorial service on September 7, 2025.
