The Rowan City Council will hold its next meeting on Labor Day (Monday). On the agenda, council members will review financial reports. New business items include a discussion of sewer charges at 504 Pritchett, plans for an outdoor classroom, and grass seeding. The Alden Council will also follow up on ongoing projects such as the REC roof, septic systems, abandoned properties, nuisance abatement, and building permits.
