Over the Labor Day weekend, the Hampton Police Department executed a search warrant in the 200 block of 12th Ave. NE. Following the execution of the search warrant, Hampton Police charged 29-year-old Amanda Orozco, of Hampton, on suspicion of a controlled substance violation-marijuana, failure to affix drug stamp, possession of drug paraphernalia, and distributing drugs near a school.
Orozco is expected to appear before a Franklin County magistrate today.
